THE ROOKIE Brandon Jennings went off for 55 points on Saturday night and that was in 3 quarters. Not to mention the fact that he threw in 5 dimes and 5 boards. We haven’t seen a rookie with a prolific scoring output like this since, well, since A.I did it his rookie year. It’s a small slice of irony that while A.I is on the verge of leaving the game, a rookie is on the verge of taking it over. Go ahead and give the boy the ROY trophy now.
