Anytime that a rapper promises to drop a mixtape on a particular Holiday, it never works out. Jay Electronica promised his new shit on New Years Eve, and we still wait. Fabolous promised a new joint last Christmas and Santa still hasnt dropped that off. So when Curren$y the Hot Spitta promised to drop his latest tape on Superbowl Sunday, I felt like Charlie Brown trying to kick the football with Lucy ready to pull it from under his feet. Superbowl Sunday came and went, but I think that its better that this dropped today. For one, The Nawlins Saints are World Champs, and Curren$y being an N.O Native is probably somewhere faded out of his mind celebrating. So I see this as a celebration, bitches. A day late, but somehow right on time. Curren$y is nice with his, Im sure this tape will be illy.
